Don Carlos

Carlo Troja, aka Don Carlos, is an Italian DJ and producer with a career spanning from the late 70s.

He made his mark as a producer in the late 80s with his cult track ‘Alone’ on Calypso Records.
His music blends House rhythms with jazz influences, occasionally touching on disco, progressive house, or electronic soul.

Notably, he achieved chart success in the UK with ‘You Make Me Feel.’
In 2000, he released a single on Erick Morillo’s Subliminal Soul label and played at renowned venues like Ministry of Sound and Turnmills in London.
Despite a hiatus due to a car accident, he returned with his fourth album, ‘The Cool Deep,’ which contains unreleased material from the past 8 years.
